Lecture Recordings
Several different lecture recordings by Dr. Nicholas Gonzalez are available through New Spring Press. Some of the shorter lectures focused on certain aspects of his treatment methods, though all the lectures do provide an overview of the entire therapy. The "Enzymes and Cancer" lecture (100 minutes) examines the use of pancreatic proteolytic enzymes against cancer (click here for a review). "What Should I Eat?" (130 minutes) clarifies the confusion regarding diet in the scientific world, and delves into the science behind his recommendation of widely differing nutrient regimens for different patients.
The most comprehensive and detailed recordings available are the lecture "A Nutritional Approach to Cancer" (5.5 hours) and the seminar "The Enzyme Therapy of Cancer" (6.5 hours), which was given to a professional audience and covers more technical aspects of the therapy.
